Goat Cheese & Herb Deviled Eggs

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 oz. goat cheese
  • Juice from half a lemon
  • 2 tbsp. Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. minced herbs

Slice eggs in half and remove the yolk. 

Mash egg yolks, then mix with goat cheese, lemon juice and yogurt. If the mixture is too thick, add more yogurt. 

Spoon yolk mixture into the egg whites, and garnish with your favorite herbs!
