Octavio Roca

The Cuban-born author of several books including Cuban Ballet, with forewords by Alicia Alonso and Mikhail Baryshnikov, Octavio Roca is widely regarded as the foremost authority on Cuban ballet. The former music and dance critic for The Washington Post and the San Francisco Chronicle was also a professor of philosophy at Miami-Dade College. He's a Contributing Editor at saratoga living.
