15 Church
(Confession Hour)
There are worse ways to begin an evening. Slip into 15 Church between 4–5:30pm for Confession Hour, where the mood is polished, the oysters are anything but ordinary and what happens next is up to the bartender.
The Pairing The Roulette. Ask your bartender, if you dare. Pair it with composed oysters: caper, shallot, and limoncello.
The Look Polka dots after dark. Satin, lace, and a little gold.

Familiar Creature
(Come curious. Order accordingly.)
Familiar Creature is where dinner gets a little less predictable. The menu wanders; the wine list does, too. And that’s precisely the point. Come hungry, order a few things you’ve never tried, and see where the night goes.
The Pairing Bits & Bobs. Crab and ricotta fritters, marinated olives, and maybe the Gigante beans. Sharing encouraged. No trouble, just bubbles…if you’re drinking.
The Look Unexpected color pairings. Lace and satin. Trainers with something pretty. The less obvious the combination, the better.

Whitman Brewing
(Oktoberfest, Saratoga style.)
September calls for plaid, a little suede, and a cold beer. Whitman Brewing channels Oktoberfest vibes with two house-brewed German festival beers, including a Wiesnbier. Consider this our permission slip for fall.
The Pairing Two Oktoberfest brews and the giant, everything-crusted pretzel served with beer cheese and German-style mustard.
The Look Heritage plaid. Relaxed denim. Tobacco suede. Oktoberfest energy, minus the costume.
