On Monday, in between samples of Japanese fried chicken and ban mein at the Saratoga Living Insiders Club’s sneak peek of Kuma Ani, Insider Jenna Clark asked me a question. “So what else new is coming to Saratoga???”

I had to laugh. There we were at a brand-new restaurant, two days before it opened to the public, and already we were thinking about the next big thing coming to town. “Is this not enough for you?!” I asked Jenna jokingly, before launching into, yes, a list of all the businesses I know are coming to Saratoga soon, minus the two whose owners have sworn me to secrecy. Trust that when I get the green light to talk about them, you’ll be the first to know. In the meantime, here’s a list of what’s already here or coming soon, from your next favorite grab-and-go lunch spot to the workout designed to make you sweat.
