I figured that, since Kings Tavern’s Keggz & Eggz party started at 8am on St. Patrick’s Day morning, I’d meet my friend Max there at 8am on St. Patrick’s Day morning. When Max told me the line to get in (and to get a free T-shirt) starts before 8am, I suggested 7:30am instead. “If you’re gonna experience Keggz & Eggz,” he said, “You’re going to need to show a bit more commitment.” And so, at 7am on Monday morning, I found myself standing on the sidewalk outside of Saratoga’s favorite townie bar.
