On May 19, Saratoga Living teamed up with Corcoran Real Estate to host an event unveiling Perennial Condos on the roof of 30 Lake Avenue. In addition to tours of the new condos, the rooftop soirée featured music by Jeff Brisbin, cocktails by Curamia, and light fare by Azuma Sushi Bistro and The Greens at Copake Country Club.
